Motions relating to item 11 of the agenda must be submitted in writing to the first chairwoman, Sandra Jacob, Im Krummen Rain 4, 67661 Kaiserslautern, by Monday, May 13th. Otherwise, they can only be dealt with if the urgency is recognized by the General Assembly. Requests for amendments to the articles of incorporation cannot be treated as urgent requests.
